Arcadia FPS is a fast-growing Outsourcing, Consulting & Staffing firm servicing healthcare & other growing organizations all throughout the U.S.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Director who can take our growing firm to the next level!

Compensation package of Salary & Commission with yearly on target earnings of $250,000+!

Responsibilities:

• Achieve business objectives, increased market awareness, implement strategies & create business development plans.
• Lead and support the development of growth plans and initiatives, develop business models and lead opportunity development in new and current markets.
• Develop effective B2B relationships with C-Suite & key decision makers that results in frequent new business.
• Provide insights to Executive Management about appropriate strategies to grow, which may include introduction of new services lines.

Qualifications:

• At least four (4) years’ experience with proven ability to meet aggressive sales targets by building and maintaining new business relationships.
• Self-starter, self-driven, ambitious and looking to make an impact on a growing start up.
• Ability to work independently to evaluate new market opportunities & close them.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive management regarding business opportunities.
• Demonstrated understanding of current outsourcing industry trends.
• The ability and willingness to travel to attain clients or attend industry events as needed.
